Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary: • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems across varied environments. • Manage physical hardware, multi-node clusters, and server rack installations. • Develop and execute infrastructure automation scripts utilizing Ansible. • Configure and maintain virtualization platforms including VMWare while tracking tasks in Jira and Confluence. Qualifications & Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 5+ years • Total Compensation: $246k+ yearly Job Description: • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Linux systems to maintain optimal uptime and performance. • Perform hands-on physical hardware setup, maintenance, component replacement, cabling, and system validation. • Configure and verify server network connectivity and environment integration. • Develop and implement automation scripts using Ansible to streamline administrative workflows. • Configure, manage, and support virtualization platforms including VMWare, Xen, or Nutanix. • Diagnose and resolve complex network-related issues to ensure seamless connectivity. • Work with security personnel to configure devices and apply vulnerability patches to meet compliance requirements. • Assist with Windows system patching and maintenance to support overall infrastructure security.
