Summary:
• Design, develop, and implement complex enterprise Java applications leveraging modern frameworks, RESTful web services, and microservices architecture.
• Integrate advanced agentic AI coding workflows into daily development, refactoring, and automated test generation.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment utilizing modern build tools, cloud services, and distributed database technologies.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $224k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain Java-based software capabilities utilizing modern frameworks such as Spring and Guava.
• Leverage autonomous AI coding agents to assist in multi-file implementations, context management, and automated test creation.
• Design, implement, and support scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Utilize configuration management and build tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus within a Linux environment.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, as well as NoSQL and search databases like Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Collaborate actively in Agile sprint workflows using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Enterprise.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid telework schedule, requiring an average of 1 to 2 days per week on-site in Columbia, MD.
