Summary:
• Design and develop Java-based software capabilities and RESTful web services using modern frameworks such as Spring.
• Integrate agentic AI workflows and autonomous coding tools into daily software development, refactoring, and testing routines.
• Collaborate within an Agile team environment utilizing Linux, Git, Nexus, Maven, Jira, and Confluence.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $224k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities, enterprise APIs, and RESTful microservices.
• Utilize modern Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring and Guava.
• Integrate advanced AI agents and agentic workflows into daily engineering routines for feature delivery, codebase refactoring, and automated testing.
• Manage context across complex multi-repository application architectures and audit agent-generated code for security, performance, and architectural alignment.
• Work extensively within Linux environments using configuration management and build tools including Git, Nexus, and Maven.
• Participate in all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform comprehensive unit and integration testing under deadline pressure.
Telework:
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of two days on-site per week.
