We are seeking a seasoned F-35 Pilot Training Support Analyst to support the Training Systems and Simulation PMO for the F-35 JPO (L&S program).

What you'll do:

Provide Programmatic support, Enterprise Training Event Coordination and Execution, Contract Analysis/Negotiations, Training Device Development, Production, and Sustainment Issues, and Coalition Training Policy Matters to Training Systems and Simulation (TSS PMO) program. This mission is well-suited to a retired air-crew member. This role is on-site in Crystal City (Arlington), VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead/support enterprise-level planning, coordination, and execution of F-35 Pilot Training events and stakeholder forums
  • Manage programmatic activities including requirement intake, prioritization, scheduling, data calls, and enterprise communication
  • Deliver coordination "cradle-to-grave" for major training conferences, Pilot Training System Review Teams (TSRTs), RSWGs, and TIMs
  • Prepare and present briefs to senior F-35 stakeholder bodies including the LO/CLO Tri-Service Committee, EXCOM (USMC/USN/USAF), Pilot Training Working Group, TSRT, Cooperative Development Partners, and FMS country representatives
  • Facilitate classified/unclassified discussions, approvals, and policy exception requests across SAF/AQLS, SAF/IA, and other authorization agencies
  • Develop and refine Training CONOPS aligned with U.S. Service, Partner, and FMS operational requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Foreign Disclosure, Exportability, Releasability, NDP, and broader security policies
  • Support creation and coordination of enterprise-wide Training System Classified Directives, Digital Delivery policy, instructions, and memos. Digital Delivery & Training Systems Support
  • Oversee all processes for secure digital delivery of training products across classified networks to global F-35 sites
  • Provide technical coordination on device development, production, fielding, sustainment issues, and system integration of Pilot Training Products. Contracting Interface & Analysis
  • Represent TSS PMO during contract negotiations
  • Review BOEs, support technical evaluations, participate in negotiations, and provide CPAR/IPAR inputs
  • Conduct CDRL analysis, compile monthly reporting packages, track metrics, and brief TSS leadership. Operational Support
  • Monitor Pilot Training enterprise mailbox; distribute RFIs/actions to appropriate action officers
  • Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a U.S.-accredited institution
  • ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SAP
  • 10+ years of relevant experience; strong preference for prior military aircrew experience (pilot or rated aircrew)
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital delivery of pilot training products or other aviation training systems
  • Experience working within classified environments and ability to obtain/maintain SAP clearance
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
  • Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required

Compensation Policy: Salary ranges displayed are typical for this position, but MBC considers multiple factors when extending an offer. Factors include the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's qualifications, and the contractual terms of the program.
