Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend libraries and services to transform diverse data formats into standardized schemas.
• Leverage Java as the primary development language alongside Python for targeted backend components.
• Administer Linux-based environments and optimize MongoDB production databases.
• Support operational server tasks using RPMs and collaborate using Git-based workflows.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 12+ years
• Total Compensation: $305k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design and implement data ingestion and transformation logic for diverse data structures including JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Develop and maintain robust, reusable shared backend libraries and integration services.
• Ensure system performance, high availability, and scalability for backend data pipelines.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize MongoDB instances within enterprise Linux ecosystems.
• Perform Linux systems administration duties including upgrading servers, installing RPMs, and troubleshooting environment issues.
• Participate in architectural decisions regarding data modeling, schemas, and integration patterns.
• Practice modern software engineering methodologies, including Git version control and peer code reviews.
