The Logistics Analyst (Journeyman) supports the CH-53K King Stallion sustainment mission as part of the Technical Data Package Lifecycle Management (TDP LCM) Team. In this role, you will help ensure critical technical data is accurate, organized, accessible, and properly maintained throughout the program lifecycle. You will work across logistics, sustainment, contracting, and technical-data functions to support documentation control, data review, records management, and configuration-managed technical data requirements that contribute directly to mission readiness.

The Logistics Analyst (Journeyman) supports the CH-53K King Stallion sustainment mission as part of the Technical Data Package Lifecycle Management (TDP LCM) Team. In this role, you will help ensure critical technical data is accurate, organized, accessible, and properly maintained throughout the program lifecycle. You will work across logistics, sustainment, contracting, and technical-data functions to support documentation control, data review, records management, and configuration-managed technical data requirements that contribute directly to mission readiness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and track delivered Technical Data Packages (TDPs) to support accurate and accessible program records.
- Download, catalog, review, and upload technical data within the designated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Review Technical Data Packages for completeness, accuracy, and discrepancies, and document or elevate findings to the appropriate personnel.
- Review technical documentation for compliance with applicable Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) marking requirements.
- Maintain status boards, trackers, and team reference materials to ensure current and accurate program information is available.
- Participate in meetings, working groups, and team discussions; document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up requirements as assigned.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for technical publications, logistics documentation, and sustainment data management activities.
Material & Equipment Directly Used
- Company and government-provided laptops, computer monitors, keyboard and mouse; Microsoft Windows operating system; Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook; Microsoft Teams, Project, Visio, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, and other software or systems provided by the Government as required to perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Four (4) years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Experience
- Experience in military logistics, maintenance support, technical data management, or a closely related technical field is preferred.
- At least four (4) years of relevant experience is desirable.
- Equivalent experience in a highly detailed technical environment may be considered.
- Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance required. U.S. citizenship is required.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of logistics support principles and sustainment documentation practices.
- Knowledge of Technical Data Package (TDP) organization, control, and records management procedures.
- Knowledge of documentation standards and marking requirements associated with defense-related technical data.
- Ability to review detailed technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies.
- Ability to organize and maintain large volumes of electronic records and files.
- Experience using NAVAIR Acquisition Management Systems (AMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use internet-based tools and electronic data management systems.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and technical documentation repositories is desirable.
- Ability to track actions, maintain status reports, and support team coordination efforts.
- Ability to follow established document-control and data-management procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and elevate issues through appropriate channels.
