The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes enterprise architectural assessments, systems engineering and integration, test, planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, acquisition support, and cybersecurity. The Strategic Technology Analysis Group, part of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, offers sophisticated capabilities (people, process & tools) to resolve unique problems in space, cyber, and special operations in support to military services, Secretary of Defense offices (OSD) and theater warfighters. Our portfolio includes the Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Space Acquisition & Integration (SAF/SQ), Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC), Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP), National Space Defense Center (NSDC), Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC), Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO), US Space Command (USSPACECOM) and US Space Force (USSF). SPA has a near-term need for an Executive Admin Support Specialist.
Responsibilities
The Executive Admin Support position will provide high-level administrative and executive support to NASIC/A9 senior leadership, enabling effective management of executive priorities, schedules, engagements, and daily operations. This position will proactively manage complex calendars, coordinate senior-level meetings and cross-enterprise engagements, prepare and synthesize briefing materials, and apply sound judgment to prioritize competing demands on leadership time. The Executive Admin will serve as a trusted front-office partner, maintaining situational awareness of organizational priorities and ensuring leadership is prepared for meetings, decisions, and engagements across NASIC, DoD, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI security clearance at time of application
- 10+ years of experience providing executive administrative support, senior leadership support, front-office support, or comparable administrative services in a professional environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars, meeting schedules, competing priorities, and organizational battle rhythms
- Experience coordinating meetings, conferences, senior-leader engagements, and other executive activities involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience preparing, reviewing, coordinating, and organizing briefing materials, correspondence, meeting packages, agendas, and executive-level documentation
- Ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritize competing requirements, track actions, and independently resolve routine administrative issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, or comparable enterprise productivity and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality when supporting senior leadership and handling sensitive information
- Ability to report to designated work location in Dayton, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior DoD, Intelligence Community, NASIC, military, or Federal civilian leadership
- Experience supporting director-, commander-, executive-, or equivalent senior-leadership front offices
- Familiarity with DoD correspondence, staffing, records management, task-management, and administrative processes
- Experience coordinating distinguished visitors, executive engagements, conferences, VTCs, or senior-level meetings
- Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) or comparable Government travel-management processes
- Familiarity with Government task-management, records-management, or workflow systems
- Experience maintaining action-item trackers, executive decision logs, milestone/status trackers, or organizational battle rhythms
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, decision-ready executive materials
- Previous experience working in a TS/SCI or classified environment
