As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain modernization initiatives across Organic Industrial Base environments.

Work You'll Do
As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain modernization initiatives across Organic Industrial Base environments.
- Analyze supply chain, maintenance, procurement, and enterprise resource planning data to identify operational issues, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Support modernization efforts across government-owned manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operations, including process updates and technology-enabled transformation initiatives
- Develop analyses, process documentation, dashboards, and recommendations to improve planning, inventory, procurement, and distribution performance
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, functional teams, and project leadership to support delivery across concurrent workstreams
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of supply chain best practices to improve operational readiness, efficiency, and sustainability

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, production planning, or distribution operations
- 1+ years of experience using enterprise resource planning, maintenance, procurement, or supply chain data to support analysis and decision-making
- 2+ years of experience supporting business process improvement, modernization, or transformation initiatives
- Experience creating process documentation, dashboards, reports, or recommendations for manufacturing, maintenance, repair, or supply chain operation
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Huntsville, Alabama.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, or repair operations
- Experience supporting Organic Industrial Base facilities, including arsenals or depots
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning platforms
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation acquisition processes
- Experience with inventory, procurement, and distribution planning in asset-intensive environments
