Role Highlights:
Position: Product Owner II
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Clearance: Public Trust required (active clearance a plus)
Pay: $105-110K
What You'll Be Doing:
Own and manage the product backlog in a SAFe environment, including stories, features, and enablers
Translate stakeholder and customer needs into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
Lead backlog refinement, PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Partner with the Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap, and release priorities
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams
Validate delivered functionality against acceptance criteria and support UAT
What They're Looking For:
5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis
Hands-on experience with Agile backlog management in Scrum and/or SAFe environments
Federal healthcare experience, particularly CMS, HHS, FDA, or CDC programs
Jira and Confluence proficiency
SAFe POPM certification a strong plus
