Job Description:
As the OneFM Application Maintenance Lead, you will take ownership of analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support the organization’s financial operations. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) to ensure seamless integration and optimization of finance systems. You will be responsible for identifying and defining detailed product requirements, as well as developing comprehensive use cases that align with evolving business needs. This role requires you to proactively engage with stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable solutions that drive process improvements.
In this position, you will act as a critical liaison between technical teams and the broader business community, ensuring that user perspectives are always at the forefront of system enhancements. Exposure to finance process mapping, requirements gathering, and user and task analysis will be highly beneficial as you facilitate communication and understanding across departments. Experience with cloud-based financial applications, process reengineering, and cross-functional collaboration will help you excel in maintaining and advancing the organization’s finance technology landscape. Your ability to anticipate business challenges and recommend effective solutions will be key to your success in this dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design new business processes to support application maintenance and enhancements.
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases for Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and related finance systems.
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and technical teams to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business needs.
- Participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community’s perspective in system design and implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve finance processes and systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise on finance processes and Oracle ARCS functionality.
- Support ongoing application maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
