Job Description:
As a OneFM Stakeholder Engagement Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and deploying Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions tailored for sales, marketing, and service management functions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and reimagining business processes to ensure they align with organizational goals, as well as identifying and defining comprehensive product requirements and use cases. You will act as a key liaison between technical teams and the business community, ensuring that user perspectives are integrated into every stage of solution development. Engaging in user and task analysis will be essential to maintain a strong connection to stakeholder needs and expectations.
To excel in this position, you should bring hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud platforms particularly in the context of CRM deployments. Familiarity with stakeholder consulting methodologies will enable you to effectively gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Exposure to business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and user story development will be highly beneficial. Additionally, a background in facilitating workshops, managing cross-functional teams, and driving consensus among diverse groups will help you navigate the complexities of stakeholder engagement and deliver impactful results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for sales, marketing, and service management.
