Job Description:
As a OneFM Training Job Aid Support - Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying Oracle business intelligence solutions that support comprehensive data warehousing and analytics initiatives. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing data related to company operations, ensuring that business intelligence applications and technologies are tailored to meet organizational needs. You will be expected to analyze and design new business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. Additionally, you will define detailed product requirements and develop use cases that guide the development and deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions.
In this position, you will act as a key liaison between technical teams and the business community, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project goals. You will in user and task analysis to ensure that the perspective of the business community is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Exposure to Oracle Cloud, Oracle Training & Administration, and experience with business process analysis will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with end-to-end data warehousing, analytics tools, and requirements gathering processes will help you excel in delivering solutions that drive business value.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy Oracle business intelligence solutions for data warehousing and analytics.
- Analyze and design new business processes to support organizational objectives.
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases for Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and technical teams to ensure alignment of requirements.
- Participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community’s perspective in solution development.
- Provide Oracle Training & Administration support, including the creation and maintenance of training job aids.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on Oracle Cloud functionalities.
