Standard Job Description

You will be a Control Account Manager (CAM) on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team. Specifically this position is accountable for managing cost and schedule of multiple capability development programs supporting F-22 modernization.The Super Control Account Manager (CAM) serves as the senior authority for the planning, execution, financial stewardship, and risk management of multiple high-visibility, high-complexity program control accounts. Acting as the primary liaison between program leadership, engineering, contracting, finance, and external stakeholders, the CAM ensures that all work packages within the account are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required performance standards. This role demands deep expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), cost estimating, schedule integration, and contract administration, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
• Current Control Account Manager (CAM)
• Proposal Experience
• Willing to travel up to 10%
• Final SECRET security clearance

Desired Skills

• Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment teams

• Knowledge of LM Aero CAM tools

• Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
