Location: Suitland, MD

Clearance: TS/SCI

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000

Job Description:

The Mission Essential Group, LLC (MEG) is seeking an experienced Anti-Submarine Warfare All Source Senior Analyst to support the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), NIMITZ Warfare Analysis Center (NWAC), SWORD Tactical Reconstruction Branch. The successful candidate will conduct advanced all source intelligence analysis supporting naval warfare assessments, Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) operational reconstructions and Target Motion Analysis (TMA). The analyst will research, analyze, reconstruct, and disseminate intelligence products supporting Navy operational analysis, strategic assessments, and senior leader decision-making. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct All-Source Reconstructions of ASW Operations
  • Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize data from multiple intelligence disciplines (including SIGINT, MASINT, ACINT, COMINT, and HUMINT), Fleet observations, and post-processed tactical reporting.
  • Develop comprehensive event reconstructions of foreign surface, subsurface, and air ASW platforms and operations to characterize adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

• Produce High-Fidelity Analytic Narratives and Visualizations In Support of Detailed Event Reconstruction Reports
  • Generate detailed analytic narratives and supporting visual products that identify sensor employment, maneuver behavior, search techniques, and engagement timelines of foreign ASW forces.
  • Ensure all reconstruction outputs meet IC analytic tradecraft standards and are suitable for inclusion in unfinished, citable intelligence reporting.
  • Ensure traceability, source transparency, and auditability in all written products.
• Apply Target Motion Analysis (TMA) in Reconstruction Efforts
  • Employ advanced TMA techniques to develop time-sequenced reconstructions of ASW-related movements and engagements.
• Support IC and Fleet Coordination
  • Collaborate with Fleet and IC analysts to integrate operational observations and support validation of reconstruction findings.
  • Participate in analytic exchanges and coordination efforts to ensure alignment of reconstruction priorities with IC and operational requirements.
• Support various Extremal Communication and Representation
  • Assist at various interagency working groups, analytic forums, and foreign partner exchanges concerning ASW capabilities and reconstructions.
  • Develop and present briefings for Fleet and IC stakeholders on findings derived from reconstruction efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five plus (5+) years of all source intelligence analysis experience with a strong background in Ant-Submarine Warfare (ASW) operations.
• Five plus (5+) years of experience developing and writing all source analytic products.
• Possess an advanced level of knowledge on foreign naval ASW capable platforms, ASW weapons systems, and associated ASW sensor systems and capabilities.
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in Target Motion Analysis (TMA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including MS Word and Power Point.
• Proficient research and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in presenting formal and informal briefings.
• Experience using various IC databases to conduct queries.
• TS/SCI Clearance

Additional Desired Skills:

• Analyze adversary naval C5ISRT architectures, Cyber operations, and Electronic Warfare capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
