Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000

Job Description:

The Mission Essential Group, LLC (MEG) is seeking an experienced C5ISRT All Source Senior Analyst to support the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), NIMITZ Warfare Analysis Center (NWAC), Spectrum Branch. The successful candidate will conduct advanced all source intelligence analysis supporting naval warfare assessments and analysis of adversary Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (C5ISRT), Cyber, and Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities. The analyst will research, analyze, reconstruct, and disseminate intelligence products supporting Navy operational analysis, strategic assessments, and senior leader decision-making. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Engage in all aspects of team production associated with core adversary naval CSISRT, Cyber and EW TTPs analysis, including collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, evaluation and integration of complex data from multiple sources, and production or revision of intelligence products. The senior analyst shall become familiar with briefings, automated and manual databases, studies, estimates, and analyses and evaluations, as well as in-depth studies, data pulls, collaborative efforts, analytic exchanges, and drafting current intelligence articles, core knowledge assessments, information graphics, and other products as required.
• Enable collection against core adversary naval entities.
• Analyze core adversary naval TTPs and produce approximately four all-source analytical products per year.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of prior all-source intelligence analysis experience in adversarial C5ISRT, Cyber or EW or a combination of any three areas.
• Ten (10) years of experience writing succinctly all-source analytic products under C5ISRT requirement.
• Ten (10) years of experience with all-source analytic tools and databases.
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in conducting research using various Intelligence Community (IC) and all-source analytic sources (i.e. SIGINT, ELINT, ACINT, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including MS Word and Power Point.
• Proficient research and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in presenting formal and informal briefings.
• Experience using various IC databases to conduct queries.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Develop high-fidelity reconstructions of foreign naval and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) operations.
