What You'll be Owning
- Daily Scrums and working within the Agile SAFe environment
- Release Planning and coordination between teams
- Ensuring system requirements and deliverables are met
- Utilizing ESRI ArcGIS suite to develop system architecture
What You Must Have
- An active TS clearance is required to start
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
- Minimum of 3 years of recent systems engineering experience
- Experience translating customer requirements into discrete engineering features with clear acceptance criteria
- Proven work with SAFe Agile processes
- Direct experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Earth
What Would be Nice to Have
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or GIS
- Geospatial Intelligence/NGA customer experience
- Deploying ArcGIS Enterprise in high availability (HA) environments
- Red Hat Linux and AWS cloud experience
- Integration of external segments for enterprise capability delivery
- Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology experience
- Cybersecurity knowledge (vulnerability assessment, mitigations)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, streaming analytics
- Security+ or DoD 8140‑equivalent certification
