HX5 is currently seeking a Systems Integration Engineer for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Support Equipment and Vehicles Division (AFLCMC/ROZ) at Robins AFB, in Warner Robins, Georgia.

HX5 is currently seeking a Systems Integration Engineer for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Support Equipment and Vehicles Division (AFLCMC/ROZ) at Robins AFB, in Warner Robins, Georgia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and perform systems engineering activities in accordance with applicable AFLCMC, Air Force, and AFMC engineering policies, guides, specifications, and standards.
Develop, review, and recommend technical requirements, specifications, verification methods, acquisition documentation, and other systems engineering inputs supporting program execution and source selections.
Apply systems engineering expertise across system definition, development, integration, sustainment, testing, human systems integration, interoperability, OSS&E, digital engineering, agile software development, and airworthiness certification.
Assess and manage systems engineering risks by supporting risk reviews, tracking action items and metrics, evaluating program constraints, and developing documentation supporting airworthiness certification and military flight releases.
Analyze program databases, Built-In Test failure reports, technical proposals, FRACAS and reliability reports, and field failure data to verify accuracy, identify issues, and support corrective actions.
Provide system integration guidance to program offices for system installation and maintenance while supporting the proper classification, documentation, and resolution of deficiency reports.
Education and Experience:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree from an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program in a related field and ten (10) years’ relative experience, five of which must be in the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Bachelor’s degree from an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program and twelve (12) years’ relative experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
- Must be able to travel, including air travel.
