OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to implement ServiceNow for a large federal agency. You will work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to implement ServiceNow for a large federal agency. You will work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
- Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
- Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution
- Carries out migration of the changes to production
- Assists with technical design and documentation
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development or administrator experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Security + CE
- ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (CSA)
- Custom application development experience
- Bachelor's degree
CLEARANCE:
- Active TS/SCI clearance minimum required
