POSITION TITLE: Full Stack Developer
Location: Fully Remote
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance Required
POSITION OVERVIEW
Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance to serve as a Full Stack Developer supporting secure government and Department of Defense operational environments. This is a fully remote position.
The Full Stack Developer will support the transition, deployment, sustainment, and continued development of SRG software capabilities as they move from internal research and development into operational use.
This position will work closely with SRG's Alpha Development Team and will be responsible for supporting and maintaining both frontend and backend components of the application, troubleshooting production issues, implementing software updates and enhancements, supporting integrations, and ensuring applications remain secure, reliable, and mission-ready.
The role requires hands-on software development experience across SRG's primary technology stack, including Python, React, and Microsoft Azure, as well as the ability to independently troubleshoot and modify software within secure environments where other development personnel may not have access.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The first requirements should then reinforce those conditions:
• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment while supporting classified government programs in accordance with applicable access and security requirements.
• Demonstrated professional full-stack software development experience.
• Professional experience developing backend applications, services, or application logic using Python.
• Professional experience developing modern web applications using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience deploying, maintaining, or supporting applications within Microsoft Azure.
• Experience developing, consuming, integrating, and troubleshooting REST APIs.
• Experience with Git-based source control and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting production software across frontend, backend, API, integration, and cloud layers.
• Experience with software testing, release management, deployment, and production sustainment.
• Ability to independently diagnose and implement software fixes within secure environments where other development personnel may not have access.
• Strong technical problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in secure, sensitive, and classified environments.
