Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Instructor/Curriculum Developer to support a program in Washington DC.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  

How Role will make an impact:

Joint Training Instruction
  • Deliver comprehensive instruction across joint training programs, drawing on extensive operational experience to prepare participants for complex, real-world scenarios.
  • Apply proven adult learning principles to engage diverse audiences and reinforce measurable training outcomes.
  • Sustain instructional quality across classroom, virtual, and blended delivery formats.

Curriculum Design and Development
  • Design, develop, and refine interactive web-based and blended learning courses that meet established education development standards.
  • Structure course content to align with training objectives, learner needs, and program requirements.
  • Update and maintain curriculum to reflect evolving doctrine, systems, and operational practices.
  • Doctrine and Operational Subject Matter Expertise
  • Apply thorough knowledge of Joint and Service doctrine, combat, combat service, combat service support, and equipment to inform instruction and course content.
  • Integrate Joint Doctrine and Chairman's Instructions and Manuals into training materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter resource for participants, stakeholders, and program leadership.
  • Information Systems Training
  • Provide instruction and support for the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) or the Global Command and Control System, Joint (GCCS-J), depending on assignment requirements.
  • Deliver communications and information systems training that equips participants to operate effectively within joint operational environments.
  • Translate complex system procedures into clear, accessible instruction for varied skill levels.
  • Briefings and Problem Resolution
  • Develop and present professional briefs to leadership and stakeholders in support of problem resolution, decision support, and program status reporting.
  • Analyze training challenges and recommend practical, doctrinally sound solutions.



Requirements

 How to join our award winning team:
  • Clearance: Must posses and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI. 
  • Demonstrated success in three (3) or more of the following operational areas: 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in joint training. 
  • At least 3 years experience in the JOPES or GCCS-J (depending on the type of instructor) information systems  
  • 5 years military or DOD support contractor experience. 
  • 1 year experience in adult training or equivalent education. 
  • Knowledge and experience with Joint and Service doctrine, combat, combat service, combat service support and equipment. 
  • Knowledge and ability to develop and present briefs for problem resolution. 
  • Knowledge and experience with communications and information systems training. 
  • Knowledge and experience in Joint Doctrine and Chairman’s Instructions/Manuals 
  • Experience designing and developing interactive web-based learning and blended learning courses. 


Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
  • Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
  • Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
  • Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
  • Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
