This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-11 and GS-12.

- You will be responsible for logistics, availability planning, or advanced planning and preparation, supporting the execution of the In Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) role for the life-cycle requirements of assigned systems.
- You will prepare, coordinate, and integrate the identification, development, acquisition, and delivery of logistics requirements and resources for assigned programs.
- You will assist in the development of supporting data and provide logistics, availability/advanced planning information, logistics plans, recommendations, alternatives, impact statements, and letters of certification to the program office.
- You will develop and implement comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) plans to ensure that support is available throughout the lifecycle of systems and equipment.
- You will utilize logistics tools such as Naval Enterprise Resources Planning (N-ERP), Navy Data Environment (NDE), One Touch, Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS), Model Base Product Support (MBPS), and other IPS databases.
