VTG is looking for an Agile System Engineer in Chantilly, VA. Agile System Engineer II independently performs systems engineering functions within an Agile framework, bridging mission needs, technical requirements, and delivery execution.

VTG is looking for an Agile System Engineer in Chantilly, VA. Agile System Engineer II independently performs systems engineering functions within an Agile framework, bridging mission needs, technical requirements, and delivery execution.
What will you do?
- Lead decomposition of operational and system requirements into Agile features and user stories
- Maintain requirements traceability across backlog, architecture, and verification artifacts
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities and acceptance criteria
- Support system design reviews, interface coordination, and integration planning
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements
- Support verification, validation, and system readiness activities
- Contribute to development of CONOPS, architecture artifacts, and system documentation
Do you have what it takes?
- TS/SCI with Poly Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-9 years of systems engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with system integration, data flows, and external interfaces
- Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent)
