Position Overview

The Full-Stack / Integration Lead is responsible for bringing the team's data, ML, AI, Foundry, and application-development capabilities together into integrated Army Vantage solutions.

The position requires familiarity and technical understanding across Palantir Foundry/AIP, Python/ML, Agentic AI, and React/TypeScript, supported by demonstrated experience completing projects involving these technologies. The emphasis is on understanding how the technologies interact and having sufficient practical experience to successfully lead their integration.

Qualified Candidates this role must be local to DC Metro area and able to attend on-site meetings at our Corporate HQ and Customer Site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead integration of data, ML, AI, Foundry, and application components into complete Army Vantage solutions.
  • Coordinate technical interfaces and dependencies among the team's technical components.
  • Support solution architecture and integration decisions across Palantir Foundry/AIP, Python/ML, Agentic AI, and React/TypeScript.
  • Integrate backend analytical and AI capabilities with Foundry and user-facing applications.
  • Work with the Senior Data/ML Engineers and Foundry Workshop Developers to ensure components function together as an integrated solution.
  • Identify and resolve technical integration issues and dependencies.
  • Support integration of APIs and application interfaces as required by the solution.
  • Support technical testing and troubleshooting across integrated components.
  • Support demonstrations, deployment, and transition of completed capabilities into the Army Vantage environment.
  • Communicate technical integration approaches and issues to development team members and mission stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or another related scientific or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in data architecture, including designing dimensional models for analytical and reporting environments.
  • Technical Competencies & Tools:
    • Demonstrated experience completing projects involving modern data, AI, and application-development technologies.
    • Familiarity with and understanding of Palantir Foundry/AIP.
    • Familiarity with and understanding of Python and machine learning.
    • Familiarity with and understanding of Agentic AI.
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools (LLMs, agents) to augment and accelerate the development and testing processes.
  • Familiarity with and understanding of React/TypeScript.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand how these technologies interact within an integrated solution.
    • Experience integrating multiple technical components into end-to-end solutions.
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools (LLMs, agents) to augment and accelerate the development and testing processes.
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance

Preferred Expertise
  • Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master,
  • Greater technical depth in one or more of the required technology areas (i.e Foundry, Python, Agentic AI).
  • Experience supporting Army Vantage or Palantir Foundry implementations.
  • Experience integrating analytical, AI, backend, and user-interface capabilities.
  • Previous Army, DoD, or federal mission-system experience.
