Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deployed Support Specialist to support a company focused on enterprise IT operations and end-user technology services within a large-scale Department of Defense network environment. This position is on-site in Quantico, VA. Responsibilities for the Deployed Support Specialist include:
- Provide white-glove/VIP technical support for end users across an enterprise network environment
- Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Serve as the primary on-site resource for technology deployment initiatives and end-user support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
- Coordinate with enterprise IT teams to ensure successful rollout of hardware and software solutions
Required Qualifications for the Deployed Support Specialist include:
- 3+ years of experience providing desktop support, deployment support, or help desk services
- Experience with hardware deployment, software installation, system imaging, and end-user device support
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Active Secret Clearance
- Active IAT II Certification (Securit+ or CySa+)
Compensation for the Deployed Support Specialist includes:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
