Overview

This position of Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) will support the Program Security Officer (PSO) in the conduct of Special Program activities for the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC). Provide direct support to the PSO to maintain day-to-day security operations.

SPA has an immediate need for a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO).

Responsibilities

This position will support the Integrated Fires Mission Command Product Office of the Army's Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires. The CSSO c onducts security briefings, reviews program access requests, processes security incidents, and interfaces directly with the PSO on compliance issues. Maintains open/close rosters, processes visitor controls, executes security education/training, conducts local self-inspections, and reports security infractions. Supports audits, inspections, staff assistance visits, and government reviews to ensure compliance with applicable program security requirements. Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, checklists, and internal security processes in support of day-to-day program security administration.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-10 yrs experiance in Business or Financial Operations
  • B.A. / B.S. or M.A. / M.S. in Business or Finance Operations or related field
  • Current TS Clearance with ability to transfer to this role

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with security inspections, audits and protocols
  • Experience with in-person and online communications, briefings, and trainings
