Kentro is hiring for a CAM ServiceNow Integration Lead to support the VA ESOM contract. The ServiceNow Integration Lead is responsible for integrating CAM activities across the broader ServiceNow ecosystem - HAM, SAM, and CMDB - to streamline workflows, eliminate duplicate effort, and surface automation opportunities. The Lead executes the Phase I ServiceNow Ecosystem Assessment, drives ServiceNow Integration in Phase II, and optimizes the integration in Phase III.

Location: Remote - This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $125-$150K annually. Kentro determines compensation by evaluating current government contracting and commercial market conditions, as well as the role's specific requirements. Final salary placement within this range will be based on the candidate's relevant skills, experience, education, certifications, location, and security clearance level, where applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards and native reports for ATO Managers, ISOs, the AODR, and program leadership.
  • Configure and maintain the CAM Module to support evolving operational needs, including form changes, workflow refinements, and integration adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain data integrations and exports from ServiceNow to Power BI in coordination with the Power BI Engineer.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity, and lineage for CAM-related data; resolve data issues raised by ATO Managers or the AODR.
  • Implement role-based access and data security controls within ServiceNow.
  • Document development work, including data dictionaries, configuration changes, and reporting SOPs.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis and ServiceNow scripting to support program decisions, audit responses, and risk reviews.
  • Partner with the Business Analysts and Sr Cyber Security Engineer to translate process and inheritance logic into reportable metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8 years of Progressive Experience
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, business rules, and UI configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Working knowledge of the ServiceNow GRC, IRM, or CAM data model.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity KPIs and ATO/RMF metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Experience exposing ServiceNow data to Power BI or other enterprise BI tools.
  • Background supporting federal or VA cybersecurity programs.

  • Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
