Job Summary
Support the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 weapon systems by serving as a Jr Program Analyst. The candidate will be required to develop a technical understanding of the PAC-3 missile variants, logistics requirements, and sustainment strategies to ensure critical support elements are integrated and executed effectively across the program life cycle. This role will coordinate with government program offices, Foreign Military Sales partners, and logistics stakeholders to support planning, coordinating, and inspection activities. The position will help ensure readiness and lifecycle supportability by aligning logistics planning with security and operational requirements.

Job Summary
Support the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 weapon systems by serving as a Jr Program Analyst. Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning and executing an annual inspection program of assets located worldwide to include drafting of written plans and memorandums, equipment movement coordination, preparing briefing charts, and travel.
- Analyze field inspection data and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
- Review, assess, and provide input to Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Participate and provide support to recurring Integrated Product Team meetings, Working Groups, and Program Reviews to represent Customer's logistics interest.
- Develop and maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives.
- Job requires approximately 30% travel to both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.
Basic Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
- Master's degree with 2 years relevant experience, Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 7 of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting air and missile defense programs or related major weapon systems programs.
- Certification in Project Management, Life Cycle Logistics (e.g., DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Foundational/Professional and/or Practitioner), or defense-related technical fields.
- Extensive knowledge of Office software and database programs.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
