Job Description

TechOp Solutions is seeking a Program / Business Process Analyst to support a high-visibility federal program. This role supports program operations, business process improvement, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and communication between program stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can understand business needs, document requirements and processes, develop professional briefings and program materials, and help move initiatives from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and communicate business and operational requirements from program stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, process or product owners, and technical/development teams.
Track program deliverables, action items, milestones, and follow-up activities.
Support meetings through agenda development, facilitation, documentation, and action tracking.
Develop briefings, status updates, executive presentations, talking points, and decision-support materials.
Draft, edit, and maintain SOPs, training materials, process maps, guides, reports, and other program documentation.
Assess existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support workflow automation initiatives, including Power Automate, by helping document processes, define requirements, and coordinate with technical teams.
Gather and analyze program information and data to support recommendations and decision-making.
Maintain and organize program information across Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, and shared repositories.
Work Location

Primarily telework with occasional in-person work sessions in the Washington, D.C. area.
Candidates must reside in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance required. A recently adjudicated (1 year or less) CBP/ICE Tier 4 Public Trust is also applicable.
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of relevant experience in program analysis, business analysis, process improvement, project/program support, management consulting, operations, or a related field.
Experience gathering requirements and working with both business/program stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief stakeholders and leadership.
Experience developing professional presentations, reports, SOPs, training materials, process documentation, or similar deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate, workflow automation, or similar business-process tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
