Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Work with the Government to maintain NSW's ACCM program and collaboration portal ensuring that relevant instructions, program briefs, and their unique security classification guides are available, current, and aligned to higher-level directives, manuals, and instructions.
- Assist Government personnel in coordinating with component commands to maintain procedures for transmission, receipt, storage, and local dissemination of U.S. Message Text Format (USMTF) messages within the NSW Collaboration Portal.
- Work with the Government to coordinate with cognizant NSW authorities, contractor shall assist with the drafting and submission of reports of security incidents or potential compromises of classified information involving NSW members to the cognizant higher authorities and command appropriate offices.
- Assist the Government in monitoring the Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) for incoming messages. Contractor shall prepare messages for transmission via AMHS as required.
- Assist in the processing of documents associated with ACCM management, ensuring all correspondence is properly marked, annotated, and identified by the classification of the particular program; all documents and markings shall comply with appropriate governing authorities.
- Assist with recording and maintaining the NSW Need-To-Know Managers Module (NTKMM) with all NSW Program Control Officers as well as personnel briefed into specific program(s).
- Work with Government personnel to remove individuals from program access and NTKMM as required.
- Assist with recording names within the NTKMM of all personnel briefed into ACCM program(s).
- Assist the Government conduct an annual inventory of all hardcopy material (if applicable) and destroy unnecessary copies to limit ACCM inventory and store ACCM material in an NSA-approved safe and segregate non-ACCM material from ACCM classified material.
- Assist in responding to possible compromises of programs in accordance with relevant instructions, policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting periodic inspections of network drives and SharePoint portals for unauthorized documents. Contractor shall report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative or designated Government Point of Contact.
- Assist in performing tasks in support of N3-SPD in identifying and aligning NAVSOF maritime requirements and supporting the Joint Force to protect unique capabilities.
- Assist the Government in performing tasks related to synchronization of Sensitive Activities with SOF operations to deliver Joint Force effects.
- Assist the Government in submitting all Special Project Division (SPD) related school's requests to the appropriate school's coordinator as well as assist in periodic maintenance of databases to ensure accurate reflection of SPD qualified graduates' currency.
Qualifications
- Possess user-level proficiency with Personal Computer (PC) equipped with common/standard business software programs, specifically in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams as well as Adobe Acrobat products.
- Possess user-level proficiency with SharePoint, which is the agency's primary collaboration tool for managing ACCM requirements.
- Possess skills necessary to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
