Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-13.
Positions may or may not have a control point within bands. If the position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-13, step 05 which is currently equivalent to $132,923. If your current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
Several vacancies may be filled.
Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees.
A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.

- You will execute short-term production plans and schedules to maintain output and technical effectiveness.
- You will coordinate daily work planning, monitor shop goals, and provide direct technical guidance to work leaders and employees on the shop floor.
- You will monitor the daily life-cycle of industrial operations, ensuring project management policies and directions are implemented at the deck-plate level.
- You will facilitate operational briefings and milestone reviews to validate documentation and assess schedule adherence.
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure daily shop operations meet the schedule, budget, and resource requirements for product delivery.
- You will execute full-spectrum personnel administration for your branch, including assigning work, evaluating performance, managing incentives, enforcing policies, and cultivating a safety-oriented industrial culture.
- You will perform other duties as assigned.
