Work You'll Do
As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...
- Lead assessments of supply chain processes, operating models, and performance metrics to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of project workstreams, including team coordination, milestone tracking, and quality review of client deliverables
- Develop and oversee analyses, business cases, and recommendations across planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and distribution activities
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to define future-state requirements and implementation priorities
- Support client relationship management, implementation planning, and business development activities for supply chain transformation efforts

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or network optimization
- 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project teams, or transformation initiatives
- 2+ years of experience serving federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
- Experience developing client deliverables using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work onside 5 days a week in Huntsville, Alabama
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Public Policy
- Experience supporting supply chain transformation strategy, roadmap development, or implementation planning
- Experience with enterprise resource planning platforms, including SAP or Oracle
- Experience with supply chain planning, transportation management, or warehouse management systems
- Experience creating dashboards or analyses using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Project Management Professional certification or Lean Six Sigma certification
