Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $23.86 / Hour

Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges. Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
Experience with alarm panel systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm system operations and protocols. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
Proficiency in using computers or tablets is necessary. Candidates must be comfortable navigating software applications and performing tasks on digital devices. CPR Certification (B205)
Candidates must hold a current CPR certification. This certification is vital for ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and clients. Customer Service Experience (B219)
Previous experience in customer service is required. Candidates should be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and facility concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site requirements, while maintaining professional communication with personnel and visitors.
- Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly using required reporting tools.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
