As a Proposal Writer, Strategist, and Content Architect, you'll work alongside experienced Capture Managers, technical SMEs, and operational leaders to shape Federal proposals that stand out, drive Mayvin's continued growth, and help us win work supporting the important National Security missions of our Government customers.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities :

• Turn complex government requirements into compelling, persuasive proposals that demonstrate why Mayvin is the right choice
• Develop winning proposal narratives across management, staffing, transition, quality, risk, technical approaches, and operational solutions
• Work directly with subject matter experts, program leaders, and capture teams to uncover strengths, challenge assumptions, and develop differentiated solutions
• Translate complex solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, PWS/SOW, and Sections L/M) into clear, compliant, evaluator-focused responses
• Bring our experience to life through compelling past performance narratives and key personnel qualifications that demonstrate relevance, credibility, and results
• Help shape proposal strategy through brainstorming, solution development, storyboarding, and color-team reviews
• Elevate proposal content through thoughtful editing, stronger messaging, and clear alignment with customer priorities, win themes, and discriminators
• Contribute to broader business development efforts, including opportunity research, RFI responses, and building a library of high-quality proposal content
