Work you'll do

As a Manager, Strategy & Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Advise the client on the development, implementation, and change management of logistics, engineering, and force protection functional and technical strategies.
• Provide logistics subject matter expertise and thought leadership across multiple Deloitte workstreams, including functional strategy, technical strategy, and decision support.
• Lead coordination and delivery efforts across project workstreams to support client priorities and mission objectives.
• Engage directly with senior client leaders and deputies to align strategy, communicate recommendations, and support decision-making.
• Support on-site project execution approximately 3 days per week at the Pentagon or Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Secret clearance
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: strategic capabilities and implementation, logistics operations, strategy development
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting federal, state, or local government clients
• Experience advising senior client stakeholders on strategy, implementation, or change management
• Experience working across logistics, engineering, or force protection initiatives

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,500 to $229,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
