ServiceNow Business Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for both testing and business analysis activities within a ServiceNow project. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into actionable solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. You will also play a key part in facilitating communication between developers and business users, ensuring that project objectives are clearly understood and achieved.

Responsibilities will include:
Conduct testing activities for ServiceNow implementations to ensure quality and functionality
Perform business analysis tasks, including gathering and documenting requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and clarify requirements
Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements
