Senior Voice-Data Engineer / Computer Network Architect
Join a team responsible for supporting executive-level communications capabilities that enable secure and reliable connectivity during day-to-day operations, travel, and continuity events. This position supports critical voice, data, and network systems that leadership depends on for mission execution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-call and on-site support for communications systems and network infrastructure
- Monitor systems and network connectivity to identify outages and performance issues
- Install, remove, and maintain communications equipment on vehicles and airborne assets
- Support deployable communications kits and mobile communications platforms
- Configure laptop load sets and user-specific profiles
- Maintain communications equipment inventories and sustainment records
- Support network design, planning, and architecture activities
- Assist with hardware and software lifecycle planning efforts
- Support continuity of operations communications requirements
Must Have:
- Active TS/SCI
- Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ within 30 days of hire
- Experience supporting network and communications systems
Nice to Have:
- Executive communications support experience
- Deployable or tactical communications experience
- Network architecture experience
- USCENTCOM or DoD communications support experience
- Communications equipment installation experience
