Are you an experienced Real Estate & Facilities Technology Program Lead? Join the Serco team today! This role directs multiple consulting teams on complex Integrated Workplace Management and Enterprise Asset Management implementation, enhancement, integration or audit projects. Oversees the customer`s business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment. May have budgetary responsibilities. Expertise in a variety of the field`s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
In this role, you will:
• Define key areas of strategic focus and design of new solutions management including infrastructure and solution development, and overall resource planning
• Schedule and facilitate recurring meetings with the customers to document delivery and solution pain points and develop plans for improvement
• Spearhead development and continuous improvement of client deliverable templates and standard procedures, aligning standard practices across the global team, incorporating lessons learned and best practices
• Provide mentoring for junior members of the team in the areas of functional, technical and project management
• Coordinate resource planning activities across the portfolio of real estate technology projects, ensuring existing resources are expanding their skill sets to align with future client needs and supporting human resources with hiring of resources
• Identify and manage opportunities, along with vendor product and sales leadership to identify, research and develop sales opportunities
• Serve as a key subject matter expert on industry panel discussions, client oral presentations and in knowledge transfer sessions to increase awareness of real estate technology offerings.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience consulting across a global portfolio to deliver IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo solutions for Real Estate and Facility Operations
• Experience developing Real Estate portfolios and information technology strategy for customer organizations
• Understanding of Real Estate, Lease Administration, Capital Project Management, Space and Move Management processes and data management for complex organizations
• Understanding of Enterprise Asset Management strategy and execution for large organizations
• Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Azure Devops
• Application familiarity: TRIRIGA, Maximo Application Suite, Kahua, Procore, Nuvolo, and ServiceNow WS
• Ability to leverage Agile Development Methodologies with developer teams
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time if required
Desired Qualifications:
• A Master's Degree
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Top-Secret Clearance
• Strong relationships with customers and stakeholders for successful project delivery
• Business Process Optimization expertise and communication with stakeholders
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
