- Acting as a team lead for USMC POR fleet support
- Performing status reports, scheduling, and related project tasks
- Acting as ISSO for USMC POR system SSPs
- Leading WIP input and coordination
- Leading NSA/MCO coordination
- Utilizing alternate sysadmin and operator NET training
- Performing help desk related support for USMC POR systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or completion of formal Military/DOD intelligence training 14 plus years experience in a related role
- Direct, hands-on experience performing management and reporting duties such as Weekly Activity Reports (WAR), monthly program reports, task scheduling, and coordination/submission of all taskers in support of DoD programs
- Demonstrated experience serving as Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for USMC PoR Security System Plans (SSP)
- Demonstrated experience leading team of five plus personnel
- Expert level knowledge of Tactical Control and Analysis Center (TCAC) and Tactical SIGINT Collection System (TSCS), or comparable systems
- Experience leading input and coordination for Work-In-Progress (WIP) documentation and meetings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to management and Government stakeholders
- Direct experience as the primary lead for external agency coordination of new capabilities, requirements, and technical implementations, including interfacing with security and regulatory authorities
- Experience providing Tier II/III help desk support for operator and system administrator related issues, including troubleshooting, incident response, and escalation procedures
- Experience planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of testing coordination, including development of test procedures, documentation, schedule management, and execution oversight
- Direct experience with at least one of the following systems: Tactical Control and Analysis Center (TCAC) or Tactical Signals Intelligence Collection System (TSCS)
- Possess Comptia Security+ or equivalent certification
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills to improve product/service technical and economic value, including conducting trade studies, cost-benefit analysis, and the development of recommendations
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including drafting reports, technical artifacts, and delivering program briefs to both contractor and Government leadership
- 15 plus years experience supporting the TCAC PoR
