Position Summary
The Training and Development Specialist designs and delivers asset management training to installation personnel in support of the IMCOM Real Property Asset Management Program. This role builds workforce capability to sustain accurate real property records and audit-ready processes over the long term.

Position Summary
The Training and Development Specialist designs and delivers asset management training to installation personnel in support of the IMCOM Real Property Asset Management Program. This role builds workforce capability to sustain accurate real property records and audit-ready processes over the long term.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in asset management functions, specifically real property and/or real estate functions, including at least 5 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM.
- Demonstrated expertise developing and delivering asset management training to a wide audience.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or a related certification (e.g., CPA, CDFM, CGFM, PMP). Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the IMCOM asset management environment.
- No security clearance required; must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training curricula and materials on real property asset management processes and standards.
- Deliver training sessions to installation staff and other stakeholders.
- Assess training needs and effectiveness, adjusting content and delivery as required.
- Coordinate with Program Managers and Management Consultants to align training with process improvement efforts.
- Maintain training documentation to support audit readiness requirements.
