Baer is looking for SAP Transportation Management SME for a 4+ month Federal remote project.
Title: SAP Transportation Management SME
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 4 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

The SAP Transportation Management (TM) SME will support future-state design and solution validation for the client's Plan-to-Stock team. The role will help define the to-be transportation processes in SAP S/4HANA and shape the future-state integration between SAP TM and JTMS.

Description:
- Lead and facilitate SAP TM future-state design and validation sessions.
- Translate client transportation and logistics requirements into SAP TM solutions.
- Design and validate transportation processes using SAP TM on S/4HANA.
- Define how SAP TM will integrate and work with external transportation systems, with a focus on the JTMS interface.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop and validate the to-be solution.
- Identify process gaps, integration requirements, and solution considerations.
- Provide SAP TM expertise and recommendations to support future-state design decisions.
Requirement:
- Hands-on SAP TM design experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in future-state process design and solution validation.
- Experience leading SAP TM design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience designing SAP TM integrations with external transportation systems.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum Interim DoD Secret clearance required.
- Prior DoD or federal supply chain/logistics experience.
- SAP EWM experience or exposure is a plus.
