Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support NAVAIR’s H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters Program Office (PMA-261). The office supports CH-53E Super Stallion sustainment and CH-53K King Stallion capability delivery. This role turns program, contract and financial information into executive briefings and recommendations that help leadership balance fleet readiness, modernization priorities, affordability and schedule commitments.
Responsibilities
- Gather and reconcile inputs from PMA-261 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to assess program performance, funding, milestones, risks and emerging issues.
- Support program, contract and financial management analysis for H-53 development, production, fielding and sustainment activities.
- Develop executive briefings, decision papers, talking points and management reports that explain program status, tradeoffs and recommended actions.
- Use Excel pivot tables and pivot charts to analyze trends and present program information through clear PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate leadership data calls, maintain action-item tracking and follow up with technical, acquisition, logistics and financial stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- MA or MS degree.
- More than 10 years of experience performing program, project or management analysis duties relevant to this position.
- Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 10 years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management and/or financial management.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel, with demonstrated use of pivot tables and pivot charts.
- Proven ability to gather pertinent programmatic information and develop strategic communications and compelling narratives for executive-level stakeholders.
