We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Coordinator provides operational support across the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing and interview scheduling to applicant tracking system administration and candidate experience - in support of a high-volume recruiting function serving federal government clients.
The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of independence and sound judgment, thrives in a fast-moving environment, anticipates the needs of recruiters and hiring managers, and takes pride in flawless recruiting operations and a professional candidate experience.
This is a Hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days a week in the Tysons, VA office.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Recruiting Team Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Talent Acquisition Specialists across active requisitions.
- Assist with preparing requisition intake materials, job postings, and offer documentation.
- Track and follow up on outstanding candidate and hiring manager action items.
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, and candidate information sessions, including logistics and materials.
Candidate Sourcing
- Conduct initial candidate sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases against defined search criteria.
- Build and refresh candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles.
- Perform initial resume screens against minimum qualifications and route qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Maintain organized sourcing trackers and document outreach activity.
ATS Administration & Data Integrity
- Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including requisition posting assistance, candidate records, stage movement, and dispositioning.
- Assist with metrics preparation for TA leadership.
- Support process documentation and help onboard new users to the ATS.
- Ensure compliance-related documentation (dispositions, notes, EEO data) is complete and audit-ready.
Interview Scheduling & Candidate Experience
- Independently coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews across candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and hiring managers.
- Send confirmations, calendar invitations, and interview preparation materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Greet and escort onsite candidates as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or HR operations experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System, including requisition management, candidate dispositioning, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high standard of professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and calendar management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with Workable and/or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience in government contracting (GovCon), cleared recruiting, or supporting candidates through security clearance processes.
- Experience sourcing candidates and conducting initial resume screens.
- Experience improving or documenting recruiting processes, templates, or workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
