Position Summary

ANSER is seeing a Financial Management Analyst to support an upcoming contract supporting the Naval Air Command IC&IS Division. In this role you will provide mission-focused financial, analytical, project management, acquisition, operational, and shared services support. You will support rapid, customer-driven Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD projects while preserving Government decision authority and ensuring disciplined documentation, data quality, and mission execution controls.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide budget execution support, financial documentation, and financial monitoring.
  • Track and report the financial status of tactical-level projects, including obligations, commitments, and expenditures.
  • Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of financial documentation and project records.
  • Assist with business process assessments and analyses to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
  • Support project management and financial activities in accordance with established Government requirements and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Government project leads and stakeholders to support mission requirements and project execution.
  • Assist financial and acquisition teams with project-related analytical and operational support.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized project and financial data.
  • Support disciplined documentation and data quality practices throughout project execution.
  • Assist with identifying process improvements that enhance mission delivery and resource management.
  • Provide analytical support for project and business operations as needed.
  • Support rapid, customer-driven DoD and non-DoD projects while maintaining appropriate Government controls.
  • Handle Government information in accordance with applicable security, privacy, and data-handling requirements.


Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance is required as specified by the applicable DD254.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience providing financial, analytical, project management, acquisition, operational, and/or shared-services support.
  • Prior experience supporting budget execution, financial documentation, and project financial monitoring.
  • Prior experience managing and developing accurate documentation and data while supporting multiple project requirements.
  • Ability to work in accordance with Government processes, procedures, and mission execution controls.
  • Ability to handle Government information securely and maintain data integrity.
  • Must currently reside within a 50 mile distance of office location (St. Inogoes, MD) to accommodate ability to work onsite or hybrid with flexibility to go to office location.

This position will work onsite or remote within 50 miles commuting distance from St. Inigoes, MD

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Government project leads, technical stakeholders, financial and acquisition teams, and mission partners.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Commitment to secure handling of Government information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer-driven, mission-focused environment.

$99,000 - $144,000 USD
