Position Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical and customer support for enterprise IT users.
• Support Microsoft server and PC-based applications in a mission environment.
• Troubleshoot end-user, application, and network-related issues.
• Deliver service-desk support within U.S. military command-and-control or comparable LAN/WAN environments
Required Qualifications
Required Education / Experience Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Business Administration, or Mathematics plus three (3) years of specialized experience; or an Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or a major certification plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or eleven (11) years of specialized experience.
Required Specialized Certification No specialized certification is specified in Appendix 5 for this labor category.
Required Specialized Experience Four (4) years of experience using and maintaining Microsoft server or PC-based applications; four (4) years of experience within an IT customer-service organization; and two (2) years of direct experience with U.S. military command and control or commercial LAN/WAN communication systems. Experience may be concurrent
