Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Gather and decompose functional requirements into actionable user stories within an Agile development framework.
• Curate sprint backlogs and facilitate continuous delivery across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams utilizing Jira and Confluence, leveraging knowledge of cloud environments and RESTful web services.
• Perform initial functional testing to validate software features against technical specifications.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 6+ years
• Total Compensation: $241k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Elicit and document functional requirements from stakeholders and decompose them into detailed technical requirements.
• Translate technical requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for developers.
• Curate and groom the sprint backlog, ensuring user stories are properly sized, scoped, and sequenced.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for developers to clarify requirements and resolve technical blockers.
• Conduct initial functional testing of new capabilities to validate functionality prior to formal review.
• Present completed features to stakeholders to gather operational feedback for future iterations.
• Partner with UX designers to integrate usability considerations into requirements and design specifications.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.

This position supports a hybrid telework arrangement with opportunities to work remotely.
