Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary: • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software applications and enhance existing capabilities based on user and system requirements. • Optimize database interactions and data queries while applying algorithmic solutions to maximize performance and scalability. • Manage Agile workflows, issue tracking, and version control using JIRA and GitLab. • Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform while enforcing cloud security best practices. • Build and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing, building, and deployment processes. Qualifications & Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 14+ years • Total Compensation: $310k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Analyze user and system requirements to inform software design, performance expectations, and technical feasibility. • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, including debugging and resolving defects to ensure reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with broader system architecture and constraints. • Develop and optimize data queries and database interactions for complex data processing logic. • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform within AWS environments. • Implement AWS cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, network segmentation, and encryption. • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment workflows. • Support quality control efforts by developing and executing comprehensive test procedures. • Create, review, and maintain technical documentation while supporting continuous workflow improvements. • Provide team leadership on technical initiatives and coordinate development activities in Agile/Scrum environments.
