Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead systems engineering efforts spanning requirements analysis, system architecture development, and technical documentation.
• Provide high-level technical direction for software development, integration, and testing teams operating in Agile environments.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $348k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Drive end-to-end systems engineering processes including requirements decomposition, system design, and technical baseline development.
• Provide technical leadership and cross-functional guidance to Agile development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Author, review, and maintain comprehensive system architecture and technical documentation.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, tracking, and Agile ceremonies utilizing Jira and Confluence.
• Lead Integration and Test (I&T) strategies to ensure rigorous software and system validation.
