  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and customer objectives.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, development standards, and best practices.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Professional experience developing and/or architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • 3-7 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes and enterprise service management workflows.
  • Experience translating business and customer requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, workflows, integrations, and platform architecture.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting federal customers or environments requiring a security clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with BMC Remedy.
  • Experience leading or contributing to BMC Remedy-to-ServiceNow migrations or other large-scale ITSM transformations.
  • ServiceNow architecture experience in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience designing solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise workflows.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Experience working directly with government customers and mission-focused technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
