As a Principal Technical Program Manager for SCS TEMEG, you'll define the strategy and lead customers and cross-functional teams to solve problems of high ambiguity and high impact. Secure Connections Services (SCS), Tactical Edge Mission Engineering Group (TEMEG) designs, develops, and delivers emerging edge capabilities to enable the use of AWS services. You own the strategic roadmap and drive cross-organizational alignment on priorities and delivery. You leverage deep technical expertise and executive-level stakeholder management to deliver solutions from concept through customer adoption. You bring proven experience architecting large-scale distributed systems and apply that expertise to commercial and government customers. This position requires that the candidate selected must be a US Citizen and currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You will represent program status to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 7+ years of professional or military experience - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
