Job Description
Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) is seeking a Systems Engineer (DLA ICAM Engineer / OIM Engineer) to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in the planning, implementation, and integration of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions and requirements across enterprise systems and applications.
This is a hands-on engineering role supporting DLA application teams with ICAM implementation and integration activities. The engineer will provide technical guidance, troubleshoot integration issues, support system configurations and testing, and ensure application and infrastructure components meet applicable ICAM requirements.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support, guidance, and hands-on engineering support to DLA application teams implementing ICAM solutions
• Plan, implement, configure, and integrate ICAM solutions with DLA enterprise applications and systems
• Support application onboarding and integration with enterprise identity, authentication, and access-management services
• Evaluate application hardware, operating systems, software, interfaces, and related procedures for compliance with ICAM requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to ICAM implementations, application integrations, authentication, and access management
• Participate in technical research and development to support continued innovation and improvement of the enterprise ICAM environment
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, project plans, configurations, implementation documentation, test plans, and test results
• Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing and document results
• Collaborate with application developers, systems engineers, cybersecurity teams, IAM/ICAM personnel, and DLA stakeholders
• Communicate complex technical concepts, issues, and designs to technical and non-technical audiences
• Communicate project objectives, scope, status, risks, and technical issues to project teams and stakeholders
• Identify technical issues and recommend solutions to improve system integration, security, and performance
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and integrating Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) solutions
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications and systems with ICAM/IDAM services, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, or access management
• Experience with system configuration, application integration, troubleshooting, and testing
• Experience developing technical documentation, implementation plans, configurations, test plans, and test results
• DoD-approved 8140 (previous 8570) Baseline Certification for IAT Level II
• Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) or other enterprise IAM/ICAM platforms supporting application integration, provisioning, authentication, or access management
• Experience with enterprise application onboarding and ICAM integrations
• Experience with authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, or access-control technologies
• Experience supporting DoD or federal government enterprise systems; DLA experience preferred
Salary: $150-160k Annual/$70-$75 per hour
